How to make an appointment

1) Full name and contact information (i.e., email address and phone number)

2) Date and time you would like to visit (Mon-Sat and 10am-3pm)

3) Type of cosmetic tattoo you want to have

• Eyebrow-combination or Ombre' brows

• Eyebrow cover-up (if you had a previous tattoo)

• Eyeliner or Lashline tattoo

• Lip blushes

• Hairline tattoo, etc.

4) Let me know if referred by my previous client

5) Is it your first time getting a tattoo?

6) Send close-up photos of your eyebrows if you had a previous tattoo (i.e., Microblading, Ombre’, etc.) because I need to see whether they are workable or not.

7) Send close-up pictures of your eyebrows (no makeup) with eyes open, and make sure to take a picture in a bright place. If an initial procedure was not done by me, your tattoo cover-up will be $500.

Once the booking is made, I will text you the booking policy. After receiving the deposit, I will text you the confirmation. The $50 deposit will go towards your payment for the procedure.
